For someone looking for a PC capable of playing the occassional game and handling Video editing (Think Gaming videos captured via an el gato or PVR.. so HD).. is this a good deal?

I thought for $400 its a damn good deal myself. Obviously with the Integrated gfx it wouldnt be able to handle MAX settings on games.. but it should click right along with most games no? And its an AMD processor which might deter some.
I wanted y'alls opinions.

I'd rather spend a few hundred more for a better quality PC that wont need to be upgrade in 2 years.

Honestly.. I think that that PC wont need upgraded anytime soon. Maybe in a year or so spend that extra hundred on a PSU and GPU to add in. But 8gb of RAM and a Quadcore Processor thats clocked at a decent ghz.. it doesnt look bad.
Shit.
Ive had this PC im using now since Cod4 came out. And it can still run most games with a 2 core processor and an old nvidia card in it (9600gt). DayZ and all. lol. Ive had it for easily 7 years.
