Scale was on the dot.
I measured my whole body, did the math for BF percentage and it came at 17 as well.
So what ever I am doing, it good.

the thicker the bar, the more grip strength you build.

Wrap it in grips, get a cheater chair to stand up on, tie your straps around wrist and bar, then kip 100 pull ups and send it to Crossfit camps saying eat your vaginas til you can do this.

Bodyweight fools with horrible form and made up exercises. They're usually found in groups of 8-14 working out in parking lots with wheelbarrows and umbrellas

That's not a pull up. Kinda like saying doing push ups on your knees helps til you can do one. Its a watered down form of one to help build your core muscles until you can manage the real thing.

Lying to myself for years just cause shit on cold weather.
Just took a run, coolest night yet. (by our standards, its like 39*) Knocked 35 fn seconds off the miles. Felt the stamina holding well into laps 5-6. Woulda thought 3-7 seconds faster. Legit times, its GPS Nike app that I run with. It measures the exact same spots on track every time.
Running cause tried gaining for last 15 years and it won't stay. Financially its doesn't make sense to keep trying when it will fall off in 30 days if I get hurt. Time to shred. Try a lean look for next year.

good work with the running. i havent set foot on a treadmill in like 6 months. ive been non stop bulking for like a year.
i just had a deadlift PR tonight. 315lbs. 2 months ago i was maxing out at 250.

Its a strength for size for lean trade. Get bigger and stronger, take a few extra pounds with it. Or lean up and your lift will decrease.
How are you increasing? Putting 5lbs on every set or just bulk jumping by 20lbs

well i only do sets of 1-5 when i deadlift.
so ill do like a 5/3/1 and then repeat. on the last set of 1, i throw on an extra 10 pounds.
