Can't finish the 40 on Day 3. 1st 4 sets are doable, on last set by 20 arms are on fire.

Monday---------A & C
Tuesday-------- B
Wednesday----- A & C
Thursday------- B
Friday---------- A & C
Saturday------- B
Sunday--------- Rest
A Workout: Five minute fast walk. Alternate 60 seconds of jogging and 60 seconds of walking for a total of 25 minutes.
B Workout: 45 minutes of cycling, swimming or elliptical machine. (heart rate has to stay above 70%)
C Workout: Do as many pushups as you can, then rest 2 minutes and do another set. Repeat this until you have done 5 sets. Rest 3 minutes then do 5 sets of chin-ups (Palms facing your face) walk-the-plank’s, 8 reps per set, one minute rest between sets. )
That's only a quarter of it. :/

My app trolled me.... told me to as many as I can first. Made 43 (an increase of 21 from the first test) Thought that would be part of the workout. It wasnt. Struggled through another 5 sets

HOw many are you doing in a set right now?
I thought you were over 40 on initial test and we were on same chart.
I can NOT get the Day 3 of Week 2. My shoulders aren't allowing that many pushups. They burn and sting way before triceps tire out.

i had to spot a guy last night who was benching 205. he said "im gonna go for 2 reps". he barely got the last one. then he upped it to 225 and said he was gonna try for one rep. i had to deadlift the bar off his chest.
