I've cut down a lot. Barely drink these days. Drinking does get in the way of weight loss, but a little bit probably isn't bad. Weed is my to to choice these days, doesn't have any effects next day.

I need just over 3000 calories to maintain, and 3500 to gain.
That stuff is really easy to eat/prepare. Once you've been off the carbs for a week you'll forget they ever existed.

Depends what you are doing. What if you're doing a lot of cycling? Then carbs are good because you burn them instantly.

depends on how much cycling
you just need enough carbs to replenish your glycogen stores, you don't have to go crazy if you're doing an hour or so
you could even just save your carbs for post workout, this way, they're doing exactly what they're supposed to do

drinking destroys your gains because alcohol reduces protein synthesis by like 50%, plus who wants to work out when they are hungover as f*ck?

when I was doing the ketogenic portion of my diet, any alcohol would kick me out of ketosis for a while, completely negating what I was doing

being 21 your natural test production is already super high and a test booster wont do a damn thing for you as it wont boost your test above your natural levels.
if you want to get your test above your natural levels you will need a steroid, but you are too young for that.
