That is a shop. I want it. Been saying I was gonna build a 20x30 for years and turn it into a full gym. Never took the 1st step, no motivation to move everything outside lol. But we'll be framing that bastard in the next weeks. baking in the sun.

i wish i had land. i mean i do, but my family owns it and there are houses on it. also, stupid idiots voted to pass a historical neighborhood designation so it is now illegal to make changes to the facade of your house/property. you also cant tear down any structures.

Nice. Wish I had the know how to build something like that. Or the money. If its just a shop they can skip out on things like Plumbing? Wait, what kind of shop lmao. Plumbing could be essential.

When you work a turn around at a plant for 3 months, you can put $26,000 in cash on a table and say "this should cover it"
its a shop in a shop, the 1st boxed area is the storage for yard toys and the back/side will be rooms for tools, what's not added yet is the 20ft lean off to store the boat.

Sweet.
Terminology had me confused at first thought. I was thinking shop like "STORE". But then quickly realized you are in a residential wooded area lol. So your "Shop" must mean something along the lines of woodworking metal working anything that needed done.
EDIT: Like Wood shop back in High school.

You get to cut grass every 5 days. Always run out of gas with 1/4 left, push mow the trees, weedeat the ditch and edges of concrete, spray round-up every other month, rake the grass if you let it get too high and it looks like runs of hay in the yard. Bout 2.5-3 hours in the sun.

Same here. Elevation shot, plumbing permit, electrical permit, septic tank, contractors permit. Its a load of bullshit and money scam for the city to make a few dollars

Looks like a fun project, Alpha.
People love getting up in someone elses business.
A few years back, when construction was really slow, there was a local inspector who would go around to open houses just to look for work that had been done without pulling permits. On his own time.
My dad keeps a lot of materials for jobs at the house. Had some lumber in the driveway once, and the same prick inspector came and tried to red tag my parents house cause he thought they had some work going with no permits.
Total money maker.
