ok so i wanted to start a thread that focuses SOLELY on exercises without all the other workout talk to gum it up. Syn if you dont feel that it's appropriate to have a workout thread and an exercise thread, feel free to merge/move/delete/douche etc.
now on to the educational material.
the exercise of the day is... Facepulls
great upper back/rear delt exercise that you can rotate in and out of your routine. sure youve got your staples like rows, pulldowns, pull ups, but this is one of those accessory exercises that you can change up every couple weeks to keep your back guessing.

Looks like a new hit zone. Have to figure how to get the pulley chest level. Only have a bottom and top row.

today's exercise is..... concentration curls.
concentration curls are great for building a high peak for your biceps. another great secondary exercise to rotate in and out of your arms routine.
say youve got your standard bicep routine of barbell curls, seated dumbbell curls and hammer curls. you can switch up the hammer curls with concentration curls.
