Reasonably priced quiet supplement with a lot of bang. You can get a month serving for $10-20. Everything else is $30 and higher for that.
Pretty much all the amino acids singled out are cheap, but if you try to buy any 2 or more mixed the price triples.

started the 100 pushup challenge yesterday
also added in some Kettlebell deadlifts and kettlebell clean and press
(sets of 40 for the DLs and sets of 30 for the C&P)
interesting doing a more reps/lighter weight version of those exercises
they won't get me swole, necessarily, but it'll help with longevity and overall strength
on Wednesday, I'll be doing lunges and bent over rows with them
Tuesday and Thursday are BJJ days this week (would have done Saturday also, but that damn wedding I'm going to ruined that option)

did cardio at 6am. 15 minutes on the treadmill, 10 minutes on the stairmaster (40 floors). if ive learned anything from my years of on and off cardio, you cant just jump in and do 30 minutes on the treadmill without your knees hurting. at least i cant. also the stairmaster is a good way to keep from losing leg muscle while cutting weight.
came home and had breakfast, then went to the store. cooked all my meals for the day and im ready for back day at about 1 or 2pm.

It's pretty nice that out of all the items I want. They have Creatine for 30$ or less. :/

A good cardio time frame is so small. Not too early, not too late, not too cold and not too hot. fair weather is rare.

With a beach, there would be much more openings. Womens all over.
Here on a football track, in 95 degree with 100% humidity. Ain't no body running far in that.

It's the summer humidity that ruins outside cardio work
I've done sprints at 20 degrees and 95
Favorite cardio temp is about 55

Those push ups is humbling. Day 2 was tough. 25 seemed so much a smaller a number before. Was hell trying to do that many on the 5th set yesterday. Don't see it making to 50, it went from crawl to sprint. This is a 2 month project, not 3 week.

Yeah, day 2 for me today. up at 6am, 30 min jog and 5 sets of push ups felt like a 2hr session at the gym

I've never been good at push-ups, long arms makes for slow tricep growth
This is challenging, but seems like ill be more respectable when I come out of it
I don't care how long it takes, I want to be able to do a lot

Make ya feel not so bad, the UFC record for failure push ups is 98 by Chris Leban. Even people paid to be in shape can't do it lol

Lol. He should do the challenge
Doing a small routine of the basics at home is awfully convenient

They have challenges at my gym every month. Most pushups, most sit ups etc
Sure the pushup record was at 68. If I can beat the roid heads, i'll be a happy man

Roid heads aren't the big threat, its the guy repping 15 on everything he does. The ones with extreme endurance and low muscle fatigue. The large bulky type will gas out faster because of the oxygen needed to keep those muscles going.
Just like a sprinter vs a long distance runner. Same movement, different twitch fibers performing.
